The Canadian and New Zealand trade delegations yesterday continued the formal discussion begun on Monday of a preferential trade agreement between the two Dominions. The Hon. W. Downie Stewart, New Zealand Minister of Customs, and Mr. H. H. Stevens, Canadian Minister of Trade and Commerce, visited the Governor, Mr. L. M. Judd, to-day.
Mr. Stewart has booked bis passage for New Zealand by the Niagara, to leave Honolulu on January 13.
