TRADE RECIPROCITY.
BRITAIN AND ARGENTINA.
BUENOS AYRES, December 23.
A hope that Britain will treat Argentina on the same basis as the Dominions, because British capital,invested there is greater than the amount invested in the Dominions, was expressed by the Foreign Minister at the first meeting of the Government committee appointed to seek an agreement with Britain aiming at reciprocity and trade facilities.
