Arrest.
TROOPS FOIL THEIR PLAN.
(Received 12 noon.) CALCUTTA, Deawiber 28.

It appears that the objective of about 3000 Red Shirts was to force their way into Kohat, near Peshawar, but troops foiled the plan..
