SYDNEY CEO WD EEFUSES AID. SYDNEY. December 27. A dramatic scene occurred to-day at the 'Taronga Zoo. Hundreds of people refused to go to the assistance ct a policeman who was struggling with three men whom he had caught picking pockets. "These men have been robbing you," cried the constable in desperation as the men continued to attack him. But not a hand was raised to help Mm. Two detectives eventually went to his rescue.
