Itvo collisions between the police and the frontier Red Shirts* had fatal results. One occurred at Kohat sad the other in a village near Peshawar. Cavalry was required to disperse the hostile crowds and the 'Red Shirts, who loss twelve killed and many wounded. Several members of the police force and trocvs were injured.
