DEATHS.

FITZWILLIAM.—On December 25, 1031, at the Auckland Hospital, as the result of an accident, Arthur' Benjamin, dearly beloved husband of Bertha Fitzwilliam, of 45, Great. North -Road, and beloved brother of Walter Fitzwilliam, 02, Dominion Road ; aged 47 years. The funeral will leave his late residence at 2 p.m. to-morrow. (Sunday), for Waikumete Cemetery.

■FLEMING. —On December 24, 1931 (suddenly), at 142, Graftou Road, Auckland, . Sara Emily, dearly beloved wife of John Fleming, and daughter of the lite William and Margaret Hunter. Interred this, day at Waikaraka Cemetery. '

GEMMELL. —On December 24, 1931 (suddenly), Robert Boag Gemmell, beloved husband of Annie Gemmell, and youngest son of the late Ronald Gemmell, Glasgow, Scotland; aged 49 years. At rest.
