FLOODING EASES.
I' ~ N.S.W. RAILWAYS AFFECTED. SYDNEY, December 7. Rains in the north of New South Wales have eased, -and the position of districts which were threatened by floods is brighter. A number of railways have been disorganised by washouts. Several trucks of a wheat train were derailed this morning near Manilla. Passengers of following trains were transhipped across the damaged spot.
