OBITUARY.
MR. ANDREW MUNRO.
WHANGAREI, thie. day,
The death has occurred of Mr. Andrew Munro, of Onerahi, at the age of 77 years. Mr. Munro came to New Zealand 75 years ago in the ship Carnatii, and had since resided in the Whahgarei district, farming and contracting.. He is survived by his Wife. There are no children.
MRS ALICE WILDING,
An esteemed resident of Devonport, Mrs. Alice Wilding, died suddenly on November 25. She was the widow of Mr. Henry Wilding, who for many years took an active part in philanthropic work in Auckland. The Society for the Protection of Women and Children owes its inception largely to Mr. Wilding's untiring efforts. He was also a deputy inspector of mental hospitals and a member of the Auckland Education Board. Mrs. Wilding -(who is survived by three sons and three daughters) had since her husband's deatth lived in retirement at Devonport.
