FIRE AT HIKURANGI.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) .;.,:.: ■ WHANGAREI, Saturday. A fire at Hikurangi last night resulted in the, loss of a shed containing a big motor .truck and a quantity of kauri gum. The brigade was smartly on the spot, but the flames had too strong'a hold. The shed was owned by Mrs. Christie, of Hikurangi, arid the truck" by W. , Hamilton, also. of Hikurangi.
