SUICIDE BY HANGING.
SAVINGS BANK DEPOSITOR. SYDNEY, November 29. Cecil Cutlers, aged 54, depressed owing to his inability to secure the release of £2000 locked up in the New South Wales Government Savings Bank, hanged himself yesterday. This is the third case of suicide from the same cause' since the bank suspended payment.
