The second day of the Forbury Park Trotting Club's spring meeting was held in dull but pleasantly fine weather. The track was rather slow early, but improved during the afternoon The totalisator handled £21,09, for the day, compared with £30,699 on the second day last year, a. decrease of £12,/44 on the 1930 "figures of £47,532. Harold Losan, in an attempt on his own mile track record of 2.4 2-5, established on Thursday, covered the mile to-day in 2.4 4-5. _ ~i. .
