Recently convicted and ordered to come up for sentence when called upon, Ivan Yanivic, a Dalmatian labourer, aged 54, appeared in the Police Court this morning, charged With being drunk in Victoria Street yesterday, and with being a rogue and vagabond. The magistrate, Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., said he had given accused a chance to get out of town, but he had not taken it. He sentenced Yanivic to three months' imprisonment. <
