The "Sydney Morning Herald" says that it is stated ji? political circles that Mr. Lang is likely to again urge the Governor, Sir Philip Game, to make additional appointments to '.the Upper House. Cabinet contends that the Government does not control the Council, for tlie reason that it has been defeated since the new appointments-wpre made.
