ADJOURNMENT UNTIL MONDAY.

Evidence for the plaintiffs was heard yesterday before Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court in a claim for £2449 by Sir Henry Lindo Ferguson, a Dunedin medical practitioner, Mrs. Anne ActonAdams, of Dunedin, and Gerald Lindo Ferguson, farmer, of Waimate North, against Frederick Christian Hansen, farmer, of Waitoa. Yesterday afternoon the evidence of a land agent and salesman, Girton Blytli, who had shown the defendant over plaintiffs' farm, was heard. Another witness called in support of the claim was Clive K. Cameron, an outside inspector for Dalgety and Company at Kaikohe. The hearing was then adjourned until Monday. '
