DUNEDIN CLUB.
The members of the Dunedin Club held i their annual meeting last evening in the' Inter-house Girls' Club room, the prcsi-1 dent, Mr.. J. Oliver presiding. In his opening remarks, "Mr. Oliver said that' the success of the club this season had been unparalleled since its inauguration seven years ago. In his report, Mr. A* E, Wetherilt, secretary, stated it was owing to the cooperation of members during the year that the season had been such a successful one. The new accommodation of the club had been a" decided success. It was'hoped, he said, to secure 100 new members for the coming sea-, son, which would materially strengthen the activities of the club. The election of officers resulted as follows: —Patron, Sir Alexander Herdman; president, Mr. J. Oliver; viee : presidents, Sir T. K. Sidey, M.L.C., Dr. J. P. Hastings, MessrsJ. F. Ewen, H. V. Tregear, A. Smith, J. W. Shaw, H. F. Wright, W. H. Wohlmann, C. Hughes, W. H. Osmond, E. C. Cutten, S.M., P. Shaw, F. S. T. Little, J. A. Gow, J. Fletcher and E. B. Clark; committee, Mr. W. H. Faulkner (chairman), Messrs. J. A. C. Allum, A. T, Long, R. M. Falconer, E. Driscoll, R. Cornish, E. A. Allen, R. Lowry, L. Piper and C. C... King; hon.- treasurer, Mr. A. „W- Smith; hon. auditor, 5 Mr. L. W. Swan; hon. accountant, Mr. A. N. Reed: trustees, Messrs, F, S. T. Little and W. H, Faulkner; hon. secretary, Mr; A. E. Wetherilt.' At the conclusion of business matters dancing was enjoyed, and for those who did not wish to dance, tables were set out for trump whist.
