CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS.
Objections to having his lands classified and rated by the Wiri Drainage Board were advanced by Edward Arthur Price, farmer, of Papatoetoe, at the Otahuhu Magistrate's Court yesterday before Mr. F. H. Levien, SM\, when he sought exemption from classification in the ■ board's area. In his application Price submitted that his properties of 44 and 58 acres would not benefit directly or indirectly by the utmost activities of the Drainage Board.
Evidence was heard and the properties were inspected. The magistrate reserved his decision.
