SERIOUS CHARGE.
ACCOUNTANT REMANDED.
Charged with indecently assaulting a female over the ago of 10 years at Bayswater, on September 11, Bernard Sydney Spencer, aged 32, accountant, was remanded until November 12 by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S-M., in the Police Court this moriiing. "
Detective Sergeant Kelly said that other charges were pending. Bail Was fixed at £200.
