Britain has agreed to one year's armament; truce; The notification of a dispatch to Geneva indicates; the adherence of the United Kingdom but.not the Dominions, and claims the right to suspend ■adherence in "the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as the obligations! of overseas territories.
