SEARCH FOR OIL.
MOTUROA OIL FIELDS
The following report has been issued for the week ended Saturday, October 31:—
Moturoa Oil Fields No. 2 well was deepened 10ft to 2105 ft, and trouble was experienced through cavings running in. Attempts were made to mud the cavings off, but this retarded the inflow of oil. During the week 89 barrel? of oil were pumped.
