DIVORCE SUIT FAILS.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. In the retrial of a divorce suit brought by Hannah Longmuir Elliott against Thomas Russell Elliott, on the ground of his alleged adultery with Maata Aslier, the jury found adultery not proved. The petition was dismissed, the question of costs being reserved.
