SAILORS' DAY AT ST.,MATTHEW'S
A special service for sailors was held at St. Matthew's Anglican Church,.-yes-terday morning, when the sermon was preached by the Rev. G.. F. Robson, chaplain R.N". Representatives Avere present ..from public bodies, including the Patriotic Association and the League of Frontiersmen.
ST. . JAMES' PRESBYTERIAN.
The blind evangelist, 'Mi*. Andrevy M. Johnston, conducted a. mission a'tf St. James' Presbyterian Church on Sunday evening, under the auspices of the New Zealand Bible Training, Institute. The mission will be continued each evening during the week until Friday: \.v-\
ONEHUN.GA PRESBYTERIAN
Young people's day services were held yesterday *at Onehunga Presbyterian Church,,the Rev. D. D. Scott presiding. In the morning the music was supplied by the Sunday School girls and the P.P.S.A. boys. The evening service was conducted by members Bible classes, the music being supplied by the girls. .
