WOOL TRADE.
ADVICE TO FARMERS
In addressing their clients, on the coming Dominion'wool-selling season) Messrs. Dal-gety'.arid-'Co': write as, follow:—'".'/'
"In our opinion, one of the most satisfactory features that" could happen to the wool-growing side of the trade during the coming season would be to find that at the closing of the "Dominion auctions in April, 1932, the new clip and also the carry-over of old wools had passed into the hands "of the 'manufacturer. Nothing disturbs confidence more than the accumulation of stocks of raw material, and if a free selling' policy was adopted the future would not be mortgaged by excessive supplies. During the past two seasons of low prices Australian .growers persistently adopted a' free selling policy, with the'result that no old stocks are oh, hand in-the Commonwealth." .>".'-,.
