The Greyriiouth Trotting Club's spring fleeting" opened to-day. Heavy rain fell up and the track w«.s heavy, but the sun then broke through and: the rest of the day was fine. After the first race 'the track improved. There was a very fair attendance. , The totalisator handled £7208, compared with £12,059 last' year.
