DOGS ON BEACHES.

I would like most heartily to endorse the remarks of "Beach Lover" about the dog nuisance on our beaches. I like to take W children to the beach, 'but find it impossible owing to the behaviour of the dozens of dogs whose owners appear to think that the pleasures of mere human beings are a secondary consideration. There may be people vrbo like to batho in the company of dogs, out m ■such a case a separate beach or bathing hour» should fee allotted to them. The behaviour of dogs when running loose on our teacUes is neither edifying nor sanitary, and the sooner the -practice is stopped the better. " ANOTHER BEACH LOVEK.
