COLLIDED WITH COW.
MOTOR CYCLIST INJURED
While returning- to .Kurilen from a dance ■at Riverhead early this morning a motor cyclist, Mr. Ernest Hargraves, aged 20, who is employed by -the Standard Tobacco Co., Kumeu, collided with a cow which was walking, in the middle of the road. He was thrown heavily, suffering concussion and cuts to the face. After receiving medical attention from Dr. M. S. Harris, of Kumeu, Mr. Hargravcs was brought by the St. John Ambulance to the Auckland Hospital, where he was treated iu the casualty ward.
