DEAD MAN CITED.
DIVORCE CO-RESPONDENT
LONDON, October 8,
Lieutenant-Commander Rowan Hamilton, a young mercantile marine officer, who died on August 8, as a result of a
mysterious fall in a Plymouth hotel in which a Mrs. Marshall was also seriously hurt, has been cited as co-respondent in an undefended divorce suit, Marshall v. Marshall.
In a manner never explained, Hamilton and' Mrs. Marshall, who had been staying at the hotel as man and wife, fell 40 feet from the roof through a skylight on July 10. Both were in a critical condition when found, and how they gained access to the roof was never discovered.
Mrs. Marshall has lingered -in hospital cvor since.
