The Trustees under the Will of tile Late Humphrey Rawlings offer Three Scholarships for competition in December next. The "Scholarships are tenable for three years, commencing from tho first term in the year 1932, and consist of Free Tuition at either "the Auckland Grammar School or King's College, as the parents of the 'scholars may choose. A Maintenance Allowance of £10 per annum,- payable quarterly', will also be advanced to each Scholar. Only boys under the age of 12 years on December 1 next, attending one of the Public Common Schools in the Provincial District of Auckland and the sons of poor parents, will be eligible for the Scholarship.
