THE MAGIC SHILLING.

This is such an interesting little- thing to try. Place a shilling in the bottom of a basin and then move back' from the basin till you lose sight of the coin.

Now ask someone to fill thebasin with water from a jug. Keep a close watch on the basin, and as it fills you will find the shilling come into sight and appear to be at the side of the basin instead of the middle. Isn't it wonderful?
