TIN HARE RACING.
N.S.W. COUNCIL REJECTS BILL.
SYDNEY, October 2.
The New South Wales Legislative Council this evening rejected by five votes the third' reading of the bill to permit the reintroduction of tin hare racing, whereby the .Lang Government had anticipated additional revenue from betting of at least f250,000.
