DOMINION LADIES' TOURNEY. ROTORUA, Saturday. Complete arrangements are being made for the New Zealand Ladies' golf championship meeting at Rotorua and most of the best-known players in the Dominion have signified their intention of competing. They include Mrs. Guy Williams. Entries are coming in rapidly although they do not close until Thursday. A number of competitors are already practising on the course, which is in good order.

In the third round of the captain's trophy, Lamb beat Surman, 4 up and 3; Connell beat Gillespie, 0 up and 4: Thomson beat Fiest, Bird beat Glanville, 2 up and 1. Semi-final.—Connell beat Lamb. 4 up and 2 : Thomson beat Bird. 4 up and 3. P. J Thomson and Connell meet in the final.
