MOUNT ROSKILL BOARD.
BY-ELECTION TO-MORROW.
A by-election to fill a vacancy on the Mount Koskill Road Board will be held to-morrow. There are two candidates, Messrs. C. M. McCullough and A. E. Playel. Much interest is being taken in the election and a record poll is anticipated. At present the eight members of the board are equally divided, and they have been unable to choose a chairman. At the last meeting of the board Mr. R. Saxift occupied the chair for that meelvng only. The poll will close at 6 p.m.
