He is; studying for the bachelor of arts degree; and'is this year sitting his final section. He is keenly interested in football, lawn .tennis and swimming. On coming to Canterbury College ; in 1929 he played for the University senior A Rugby team; and represented the college against Otago. University - and the, Sydney University /toeing team.
