DASTARDLY PLOTS. Communist Train Wreckers in Balkans. SEVERAL LIVES LOST. (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 2 p.m.) BELGRADE, August 3. A dastardly Communist plot to wreck the Paris-Belgrade express was partially successful. Bombs were placed on the line and exploded, killing three and injuring 18. This ie the fifth attempt to wreck the international express in Yugoslavia in recent weeks. Five bombs were discovered a: Rosenbach in a train coming from Austria. A sixth was overlooked and exploded, wrecking the carriage. A Berlib message svatee that Communists shot dead two Nazis and wounded 17 policemen at Halle. They created disorders in Berlin, which indicated that they had been trained far street fighting.
