RUGBY, July 5. The death has occurred of Sir William •Hart-Dyke, aged 93. He was for many years a member of. Parliament, and for sometime under Disraeli was Chief Whip. At on 6 period, 51 years ago, he was Wnef Secretary for Ireland.
