NEW AIR MAIL ROUTE OPEN.

RUGBY, July 3.
The General Post Office announces that the new air mail service between England and China is available for correspondence, which will go by.air between London and Irkutsk and Manchouli and Shanghai. The journey between Irkutsk and Manchouli will be by train.
