To assist young men who are not fully employed, a decision to open a house in the city where men may obtain comfortable board and lodging at a low rate of payment has been reached by the Presbyterian Social Service Association. No building has yet been selected, but it is hoped to find a suitable house in a central position and to open it next Avcck.
