The property is situated at the corner of Walters Road and Kowhai Street, Mount Albert, and is close to both tram and train services. It has a frontage of 48 feet 6 inches to Walters Road, and a frontage of 118 feet 10 inches to Kowhai Street. The dwelling comprises five large rooms, a kitchen with Orion range, bathroom with porcelain bath and calif on t. and kitchenette with gas stove. The washhouse is in the basement, and there is an outbuilding on the property constructed for use as a stable. Ihe buildings are in fair order.
