AUCKI/AND COUNCIL'S WORK. ELECTION, OF. OFFICERS. At the annual meeting of the Aueldaiid Council of the New Zealand Institute of Horticulture, held last, evening at the Seddon Memorial. Technical' College, the report ' presented by Miss Kibblewhite, cliair\voman of the executive, referred to the good work that had , been done during the past year. The report detailed the ■work done on. field, days,, and described the displays 'of particular'flowers, in conjunction with the" Auckland Horticultural Society. * Classes in botany and ao'rticulture were conducted at the technical college'.
