RELIEF AT WAIHI.
MAYOR TAKING ACTION. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, this clay. The Mayor, Mr. W. M. Wallnutt. intends to bring the matter of affording temporary relief to local unemployed following the suspension of the No. 5 scheme before the Borough Council, and in this matter is inviting the co-opera-tion of the Waihi Hospital Board.
