'Pursuant to an Order made by a Judge of the Supremo Court ot New Zealand at Auckland on the 19th day of May, 1931, notice is hereby given that all Creditors and other persons having claims against the Estate of the above-named David Hunter, wlio died on or about the 14th day of February, 1931, and Probate of whose will was granted on the 26th day of May, 11)31, are hereby required to send in their claims together with written particulars thereof to his Executor The Guardian Trust and Executors Company of New Zealand. Notice is hereby further given by the Executor that after the 30th day of June, 1031, the Executor proposes to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the Executor has then notice, and in such event pursuant to section 74 of The Trustee Act, 1908, the Executor, having given the notices directed by the aforesaid Order will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim the Executor had no notice at the time of the distribution of the said asset.
