The new headquarters of the Girl Guides in Buckingham Palace Road, facing on the high wall which secludes the domestic part of the palace, was formally opened by the Queen, Princess Mary, as president, receiving her Royal mother. These girls are trained by experts, and some are in a fair way to do enough work for sale to bring in a living income.
