SOLICITOR'S FRAUDS.
LARGE SUMS MISUSED. MELBOURNE. Asril 23. Walter Toohey, a solicitor, formerly of Toohey and Wimpole, pleaded guilty in the Criminal Court to-day to five charges of having misappropriated clients' trust moneys aggregating £22,000. He was remanded for sentence.
