ATHENIAN CLUB.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
The Auckland Athenian Club held their seventh annual meeting at the Amateur Operatic Society's Hall on Wednesday. The balance-sheet presented by. the treasurer (Mr. V. H. Trask) showed the club's finances to be in a sound condition. Officers for the ensuing season were elected as follows: —President, Mr. W. Wright; vice-president, Mr. C. M. Emanuel; hon. treasurer, Mr. Y. H. Trask; hon. secretary, Mr. O. Richardson; hon. auditor, Mr. Yarnall; general committee, Miss L. Kirkby, Miss H. Rainey, Mrs. F. O'Connor, Mrs. E. Gilmour, Mrs. C. Jorman, Messrs. T. Regan, P. Dawes, J. Hayden, R. Roberts, C. Anderson.
