NAVAL PARLEY.
NEW FRENCH DEMANDS. (Received 12 Noon.) LONDON, -pril 22. New proposals by France in connection with the naval deadlock between Britain, France and Italy were handed to the British Foreign Office to-day. They will be translated immediately and communicated to Australia and New Zealand. Apparently France once more emphasises her earlier demands for increased naval tonnage.
