"RUG RAFFLE" WINNERS.
In a letter published last evening a correspondent signing himself "Ticket Holder" asked if it was not time that the winners of the "Special Edwards Rug Raffle" should be published. As advertised, the raffle was drawn on March 25 and the names of the nine prize winners were published in the newspapers on the following day. It is compulsory that all such raffles should be drawn under police supervision and the results published in the Prass.
