JAPANESE CABINET.

NEW MINISTRY BEING FORMED. TOKYO, April 14. At the command of Emperor Hirohito Mr. R. Wakatsuki is reforming the Minseito Cabinet. He is retaining Baron Shideliara as Foreign Minister, and Mr. J. Inouye as Minister of Finance. The Minseito Cabinet was formed on July 2, 1929, on the fall of Baron Tanaka's Ministry, by Mr. Hamaguchi. Mr. Junnoeuhe Inouye, who became Minister of Finance, is a former governor of the Bank of Japan. He is not a party man, and his appointment pleased financial and business circles. Baron Shidehara held by a policy of forbearance and friendship with the Chinese Nationalists.
