The "Financial News" says it understands that an agreement is being negotiated, to include Australia, Canada, Mexico, Spain, Germany and possibly Belgium, under -which the production of lead may be restricted by about 15 per cent of the 1930 output. BRADFORD TOPS. LONDON, April 13. The market is quietly steady, with a little more inquiry.. WHEAT. LONDON, April 13. There is a general demand for wheat cargoes, which advanced by 6d and 9d. Parcels are in good demand at fully 6d up. Futures:—London: April, 20/ per bushel; June, 20/3. Liverpool: May, 4/4% per cental; July, 4/6%; October, 4/8%. FRUIT FOR LONDON. COPTIC'S CARGO ARRIVES. Wheat for delivery in May is quoted at 84 cents per bushel, for delivery in July at 63% cents, for September delivery 61% cents, and for December at 64% cents. DAIRY PRODUCE.
