; DECISION BY MINERS. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, Tuesday. After a fortnight's interruption, work at the State collieries will be resumed to-morrow, following the settlement today of the dispute regarding the union membership of certain employees. e Labour Department representative, Mr. F. G. Da vies, adjudicated in the dispute. He decided that three underground winclimen should transfer from the Miners' Union to the Engine Drivers Union and that three members of the latter union, one bathhouse attendant and two fan attendants, should transfer to the Miners' Union.
