LAW OF INSURANCE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 11 a.m.) RUGBY, April 13. Tho Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Philip Snowden, is appointing a committee, with Sir Benjamin Cohen, K.C., as chairman, t6 report on the law and practice relating to industrial insurance and to assurance on the lives of children under 10 years old, and also including the question of whether any amendment or addition to the law is desirable.
