WORLD CHAIN.
VATICAN WIRELESS. ("Times" Cables.) LONDON, April 13. The Rome correspondent of "The Times" states that a striking illustration of the Vatican's centralising policy is that the cardinals and- the Holy See'e diplomats throughout the world are required to hold themselves in readiness at fixed times for possible communications from the Pope. For this purpose a large number of receiving sets have been dispatched to the Papal representatives and cardinals in all countries.
